With a desire to provide my expertise in employment law at a local level, I formed Schroll Law, LLC, specializing in workplace sexual harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. My practice is focused on protecting employee rights in New Jersey.

I attended Seton Hall Law School and graduated in the top tier of my class in 2012. While attending law school at night, I worked full-time as a law clerk at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in its Litigation Department, where I attained early hands-on experience with both trial and appellate proceedings.

After law school, I worked for a prestigious mid-sized New Jersey law firm in Newark, where after a few years of broad civil litigation practice, I began to focus on defense-side employment litigation. In 2017, I “switched sides” because I wanted to represent individual employees instead of companies and insurance carriers. I worked at a leading plaintiff-side employment law firm in Morristown for more than six years representing employees in a broad range of employment litigation cases.

I reside in Brigantine with my wife and young daughter. I enjoy surfing, trail running, and being active in the local fabric of the community.
